Support that meets
you where you are.
ADHD isn't about laziness or lack of effort — it's a different way of thinking, processing, and moving through the world. Your coach doesn't tell you who to be. They help you become more of who you already are.
Together, you'll explore what's getting in the way, develop realistic strategies, and build systems that make daily tasks feel manageable. This isn't about perfection. It's about progress.
- Understand your strengths and the specific patterns holding you back
- Build routines that hold — designed around your actual life, not a neurotypical ideal
- Develop accountability structures that create momentum without the pressure spiral
- Navigate work, relationships, and daily life with more clarity and confidence

Mental Health & CBT
Changing patterns,
building real skills.
ADHD affects how we focus, organise, regulate our emotions, and respond to the demands of daily life. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand those patterns — and learn new, more effective ways to respond to them.
- Planning and prioritising — breaking the cycle of overwhelm and avoidance
- Managing time and staying organised with systems that fit an ADHD brain
- Understanding and regulating emotions — reducing reactivity, building resilience
- Improving follow-through and consistency so your intentions become actions
"This isn't about forcing yourself to be someone you're not. It's about working with your ADHD brain — so daily life feels easier, more stable, and more aligned with who you want to be."
ADHD Screening
A clearer picture
of your experiences.
Using a range of validated screening questionnaires alongside a dedicated one-hour conversation, we build a clear picture of your experiences and any difficulties you may have with attention, impulsivity, or hyperactivity.
This helps us explore possible treatment options together, and decide whether a full ADHD assessment would be the right next step for you.
- Pre-appointment questionnaires completed in your own time, at your own pace
- Informant input welcome — a partner or family member can also contribute
- One-hour structured conversation exploring attention, challenges, and history
- Clear guidance on next steps — no vague outcomes, always actionable

Full Diagnostic Assessment
A thorough, supportive
path to clarity.
Our full diagnostic assessment is designed to be straightforward, reassuring, and genuinely helpful. After your assessment, you'll receive clear guidance on next steps — including treatment options or signposting to trusted clinicians if needed.
We send out short screening questionnaires beforehand. Someone who knows you well — a partner, family member, or close friend — can also complete one, helping us build a fuller picture before we even begin.
The DIVA 5 Interview
The most commonly used ADHD assessment tool in the UK. A structured conversation exploring your childhood and current challenges, aligned with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
QbCheck — Objective Assessment
A computer-based test measuring attention, activity level, and impulsivity. Results are compared against age-matched data — providing objective, clinical evidence.
Clear Results & Defined Next Steps
You'll leave with a full understanding of your neurocognitive profile, a written report, and concrete guidance on treatment or referral — nothing left vague.
