A free 20-minute call to discuss your goals, challenges, and what coaching could look like for you. This helps us make sure it's the right fit.

Your first session

We start by exploring your ADHD profile, what's working, and what isn't. Sessions are 50 minutes, delivered online or by phone at a time that suits you.

Ongoing partnership

We work together on a regular basis — weekly or fortnightly — adjusting focus and pace as you grow. No fixed contracts, flexible to your needs.
